In addition to being the largest smartphone brand in the world, Samsung is a pioneer in the field of mobile networks. Some of the largest network carriers in the world rely on Samsung Networks, its telecommunications network division, to power their 5G networks. In order to improve quality, it now states that it wants to incorporate AI into 6G network technology.
Samsung believes that integrating AI into 6G networks will enhance service quality.
Samsung wants to incorporate AI into 6G networks in accordance with current trends. The company has released a new research whitepaper on 6G telecommunications technology, following the publication of its first one in 2020. It claims that implementing AI throughout the entire telecom system will raise network quality and increase its sustainability.

The South Korean company described the ways in which 6G technology could enhance our daily lives. It claims that 6G will enhance XR experiences in science, entertainment, and healthcare. Digital twin technology, which generates a virtual representation of any physical entity, is said to be enhanced by 6G.
According to Samsung, 6G will also enhance massive communication by providing continuous connectivity among numerous machines, sensors, terminals, and devices. According to the report, 6G will also enhance ubiquitous connectivity, which enables communication between non-terrestrial (satellite) and terrestrial (conventional) networks.

Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) connectivity, which is similar to wired connectivity but does not require wires, is said to be enhanced by 6G. According to Samsung, implementing AI in these areas will lower expenses and enhance service availability.
Samsung anticipates that the 6G telecommunications standard will be completed by 2030. Thus, 6G networks won’t be available until five years from now.
